If you are having any original concept, confronting data, and stories to tell, we’ll be glad to have you as a Consultivo guest contributor.
How to submit?
Send your content to [email protected] with the subject line “Guest blog post”.
In the email, mention the keywords you’ve used in the blog. Please share your brief bio along with.
Submit the content as a .docx file for publishing it in our guest post site.
In case your content is not approved (if you don’t hear back from us within 15 days after your submission), feel free to submit the blog on some other website.
Not sure what to write about?
Don’t worry about that. Send us the areas of your competence and interest. We will list it for you the possible topics on which you may write.
Guidlines
General guidelines
If you’d like to write a guest post for Consultivo, there are a few things to consider:
- We accept guest posts from people (not on behalf of businesses). No other business or services can be promoted by the guest post until unless it is planned for in writing.
- You need to have something unique, compelling, and/or actionable to offer our readers.
- It is expected to be inspiring or actionable or both. Readers must either finish your post and feel inspired, or know what they need to do and have the tools to get it done. Or, even better, both!
- Your post must be an original piece of work. Please don’t re-publish any other previous work of somebody else or even yours.
- As duplicate content is too bad for SEO, you can’t publish in full any of our content – be it in your own blog, LinkedIn Publish or Medium. But you can surely post the excerpt and link it to the original blog post on the Consultivo website.
- Consultivo reserves the right to update the content in the future to keep it relevant. The content can be re-used by Consultivo in any way we see fit. We will have the right to publish, edit, and reproduce your post in any format as I see fit (always attributed to you). Any derivative work on the same topic written by others may not be attributed to you.
- You can share and re-share the blog page published in our guest post site through email, in social media, and other relevant modes – as many times as you want. Forget not to tag Consultivo and use #Consultivo so that more people can find and read your blog.
Before you submit the final content, please refer to this Style Guide
Please adhere to the following guidelines when writing and editing your post:
- We don’t mind how long (or short) your article is, so long as it is well written, concise and has a clear message. Recommended for higher reach: 1000 – 2500 words
- Please use US English spelling (unless otherwise instructed).
- The headline should be highly engaging, click-worthy and not longer than 65 characters (including spaces).
- Write headlines and sub-headers in title case
- Write using short words, short sentences and short paragraphs. Keep it simple!
- Your writing style should be direct, yet conversational and personable.
- Unless otherwise instructed, articles should be broken up regularly by graphical elements (i.e. sub-headers/lists/blockquotes, etc.).
- Attach 1 featured image along with photos, graphics, gifs and videos to make them more interesting and exciting for your readers.
- Please do not use ALL CAPS, bold, italics (with noted exceptions) or underlining.
- Please carefully check your piece for any errors in punctuation, grammar and/or spelling before submitting.
Once you've submitted your blog, it will be reviewed by one of our blog editors before it is published. If it requires a bit more work, you'll receive recommendations on how to modify it..
If your content meets the quality index, we will notify you of the date on which it will be published.
