The main objective of the IMS training course was to provide an understanding & insight into the principles & benefits of quality, safety & environment management system.

Consultivo Academy conducted a 4-day in-house training program on IMS internal auditors’ course for one of the largest speciality chemical company in Uttarakhand. The training was attended by the managers, senior managers, executives, general managers of the organization’s different management departments.

The main objective of the IMS training course was to provide an understanding & insight into the principles & benefits of quality, safety & environment management system. The main aim was to train the participants in the principles and practices of ISO Integrated Management Systems requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 by highlighting the risk/aspects identification, evaluation and assessment methods of the audit process & methodology.

Our trainer, N C Banerjee, with an industry experience of more than 35 years, started with a brief overview of the Integrated Management Systems IMS. He gave a practical insight into the IMS system requirements through various case studies & discussions. The training program was designed in an interactive manner with various learning interventions, quiz & group discussions in between to avoid monotony & disinterest. The participants actively participated in individual & group activities also.

The IMS training program covered several topics like audit methodology & technique, standards interpretation and risk identification & assessment.

On the last day of the training, a post-training assessment was provided to all the participants, and thereafter, in the end, Consultivo certificates were given to each participant.
