The training programme had objective to understand the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) in Safety requirements to identify the gaps in the hazard, risk & safety standards.
Training Programs at Tata Steel by Consultivo Academy on 2-3 November 2017, Jamshedpur
A 2-day in-house HIRA training programme was conducted by Tata Steel Limited at Jamshedpur in association with Consultivo. This HIRA safety training programme was organised with the objective to understand the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) requirements specific to Tata Steel.
The training session was conducted by Consultivo’s team of competent trainers who are industrial experts with more than 30 years of field experience. They discussed the basic knowledge about HIRA in Safety requirements, risk identification techniques, risk management & recovery methods with a pragmatic approach which helped the participants to learn & grasp the knowledge with practical insights.
The training session was much appreciated by the participants as it was interactive & engaging for them complementing knowledge & skills at the same time. The session also had some group activities & quiz round to involve the learners which also helped them to retain their learning.
At the end of the training session, the participants were assessed through a post-training examination opportunity to evaluate their learning & they were also provided training certificates by Consultivo.
HIRA in Safety
This HIRA training session was attended by frontline engineers, junior-level & middle-level management and safety professionals from the organisation. Consultivo with its highly experienced technical team designed the course with respect to andragogy, thereby facilitating the training session with several learning interventions.
