The objective of the training programme on Safety Laws in India by Consultivo was to make aware about the OHS legal framework as well as culminate the responsibility related to safety & legal requirements.
Consultivo conducted an in-house training session on OHS Legal for Tata Steel Limited at Jamshedpur. It was a 3-day training programme from 8-10 November 2017, related to safety management to facilitate a clear and comprehensive understanding of OHS legislation. The training session was attended by frontline engineers, junior-level & middle-level management and safety professionals from the organisation.
To achieve their corporate objective of “Committed to Zero”, Tata Steel Ltd took a step forward to identify the gaps in safety legal compliance and create awareness related to safety standards, thereby facilitating opportunities for improvement.
The objective of the training programme on Safety Laws in India by Consultivo was to make the participants understand the OHS legal framework as well as get them understand, appreciate & respect their responsibility related to safety & legal requirements.
Consultivo with its rich pool of experienced industry experts and professionals designed the course with several learning interventions with respect to andragogy.
The training session was conducted with an approach to facilitate more interaction, compliment knowledge & skills and to reduce monotony for the participants.
On the last day of the training session, Consultivo assessed the participants through a post-training examination to assess the impact & learning from the training programme and in the end, the participants received training certificates from Consultivo.
This training programme on Safety Laws in India would help & enable the professionals to implement & monitor legal compliance of the occupational hazards in the workplace.
