A one-day training programme on ‘The essentials of HR legal compliance’, organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) was conducted by Consultivo on 16 February 2018. The ICC organised this HR legal training programme to provide an insight into the understanding of the legal issues & employment laws to the HR professionals across industries.
This HR legal training programme by Consultivo focused on the recent important changes in the employment laws which create a major impact on the employers & the employees. The practical exercise in between, also helped the participants to practice and refine dozens of new as well as old HR statutes.
This HR legal training programme also helped the participants to clarify their legal queries. Keeping in focus, the various nuances & litigations related to employment, the training enabled the professionals to understand the laws related to industrial relations, social security & benefits, conditions of work, etc.
