Applicability of the CSR regulations:

The Responsibilities:

• Approve and disclose the CSR policy in the annual Directors’ report and on the company website
• Ensure implementation of CSR activities as per the policy
• Directors’ report to specify reasons in case the specified amount is not spent

The responsibilities of the CSR committee in India include

1. Formulating and recommending a CSR policy and amount of CSR expenditure
2. Regular monitoring of the CSR initiatives
