The Challenge
A number of government, legislative bodies and stock exchanges around the world have started demanding Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting or CSR reporting. They expect the report to be structured and contentful. It was important for the engineering conglomerate to communicate and disclose that this data is available to the government, investing/funding community and the general public. It was also a crucial step in encouraging the systematic adoption of CSR initiatives.

What standards and guidelines we used as a CSR Reporting Agency?
The foundation of the report has been built on the National Guideline on Responsible Business Conduct, National Voluntary Guidelines (NVG), Business Responsibility Reporting (BRR) and CSR related statutory requirements in India.
We used several tools and guidelines for CSR reporting issued by different stock exchanges, national and international bodies.
We also used our knowledge and expertise in GRI standards.
For stakeholder engagement, we used AA 1000 SES as a guideline.
